At Skeyndor Australia, we pride ourselves on delivering your skincare quickly and reliably, both across Australia and internationally.

Skeyndor Australia (Vogue Image Group) is the sole authorised distributor of Skeyndor for Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands. Every order ships directly from us, so you always receive genuine, fully-supported product.

Domestic (Australia)

Standard Shipping (via Australia Post Parcel Post)

  • Free on orders $80+

  • $7.90 on orders under $80

  • Delivery timeframe: typically 2–4 business days (metro; allow extra time for regional/remote)

Express Shipping (via Australia Post Express Post)

  • $7 upgrade when spending $60+

  • $12.90 when spending under $60

  • Delivery timeframe: typically 1–2 business days (metro; regional/remote may vary)

Tracking
If you provide your email and mobile number, you will receive tracking updates directly from Australia Post via email/SMS.

International (US, New Zealand, Pacific Islands)

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $15 AUD

  • Free International Shipping on all orders $150+

  • Orders dispatched within 1 business day.

  • Tracking included — you’ll receive updates via email and/or SMS if details are entered correctly.

  • Delivery timeframe: typically 5–10 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

  • Duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.

Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day of purchase.

  • Tracking links are sent as soon as your order ships.

Wholesale & Trade Orders (pro.skeyndor.au)

The rates above apply to retail orders on skeyndor.au. Orders placed by our professional stockists through the SKEYNDOR PRO order portal ship on trade freight terms instead:

  • Freight is calculated by zone at checkout: $20 capital cities and metro (eastern states), $25 outside metro, $30 WA and North Queensland, $35 NT.
  • Freight is free over $600 for eastern states, and free over $1,000 for WA, North Queensland and NT.
  • A $200 minimum applies to wholesale orders.
  • All wholesale orders dispatch from Vogue Image Group, Oakleigh VIC. Account (30-day terms) orders are invoiced on account; other orders ship once payment is received.
